Since starting Club Scrunchies in 2021 we’ve worked with clients in the UK and overseas. We always try to make sure we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. We will always value customer feedback and continually try to improve our offering.


Here is a list of some Frequently Asked Questions from some of our customers. If you’ve got a query about your scrunchie order, or need some information before you order with us, then your question is more than likely answered below.

How much do your scrunchies cost?

Our scrunchies are competitively priced and I know we’re biased but we think they’re the best on the market! For information on pricing please visit our Plans and Pricing section.

What is the process to order scrunchies from Club Scrunchies?

We’d love to be able to allow customers to just order via our website (trust us!) but because each order is bespoke, all our orders are taken via email to info@clubscrunchies.co.uk. We will ask for you to send us a high-resolution logo which uses the colours you want your scrunchie to be produced in. From there, we send you an invoice and once payment is received, we then begin the order process.

How long does it take for me to receive my scrunchies?

We make every single scrunchie by hand, and so we are fully aware that the length of time between ordering and receiving your scrunchies isn’t short. We stand behind the fact that the product is bespoke and high quality – so hopefully it’s worth the wait! It takes 2-4 weeks to receive your order depending on order quantity (orders over 200 scrunchies will take a little longer due to the production timeframe). We have to wait for our UK-based fabric manufacturer to print and ship the fabric to us before we can start production.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes. You can track your order once it’s posted and you will receive a unique Royal Mail code. All you need to do is input the code on the Royal Mail Tracking website and you can see how long it will take to arrive.

Is the elastic in the scrunchies strong or do they snap easily?

Yes! We have extensively tested the elastic in our scrunchies both in-house and using market research and we can definitely say the elastic is strong and durable for everyday use. We want our scrunchies to last as long as possible and so making them a hardy product was intrinsic to our design process.

Can I wash my scrunchie?

Yes. We recommend that you wash your scrunchies using the following washing instructions: 30 degree wash, delicates wash cycle.

Can I order more than one design for my brand?

Yes, of course! We can accommodate many variations and, as such, you can order as many designs as you want. The only stipulation is that with each design there is a minimum order quantity of 25 and orders then increase in increments of 25. For example, 25, 50, 75, 100 and so on.

Are the scrunchies made in a factory overseas?

Absolutely not! Your scrunchies are produced in the UK. The fabric is printed by a UK supplier and the scrunchies are then handmade by our team of seamstresses in the Midlands, right at the heart of the UK.

Do you offer discounts on scrunchies?

We offer a subscribe and save option for our scrunchies whereby you can commit to a minimum order quantity of 25 per month and reduce the overall cost via our subscription service.

Why do I have to order a minimum of 25 scrunchies?

Our scrunchies come in batches of 25 due to the roll of fabric being personalised. You send us your logo; we extract the colour pantones and your logo image and then produce a roll of fabric bearing the logo and colours which is bespoke and personal to your brand. Each roll of fabric produces 25 scrunchies and therefore that is where we set our minimum order quantity.

Can I order a sample of the fabric before purchasing scrunchies?

Yes. If you want to gauge what the product will look like we can send you a test swatch of your fabric directly from our fabric supplier. A swatch will be charged at £6 and will usually arrive within 5-7 working days. We don’t produce sample scrunchies.

Do you do the design work such as producing my logo or editing?

We ask customers to send us over a high-resolution logo in JPG, PNG or Vector format. The logo image should be in the colours you’d like to use. I.e. if you have a Vector logo, send it to us with a background behind the logo in the colour you’d like your scrunchies produced. If you want to edit the colours or the background then we are happy to undertake this work for you, however we add a £10 design fee to your order.

I need my scrunchies sooner than 4 weeks, can I get a rush order?

We are happy to liaise with customers and make sure that your needs are met. Depending on the order quantity, we may be able to offer a rush order service to expedite your scrunchies. This can shorten the production period so that you receive your order in 1-2 weeks. We charge a set fee of £25 for all rush orders.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Yes! We ask for 30 days notice to make any changes to your subscription including changing the order quantity for your monthly delivery. To make any changes please email info@clubscrunchies.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please email info@clubscrunchies.co.uk and we will send you a confirmation once the Direct Debit or Standing Order has been cancelled. Subscription orders are sent out on the same day each month, therefore you will have your subscription cancelled at the end of the month you have requested cancellation.

Do you accept returns?

At Club Scrunchies we want our customers to be happy with the product they receive. Due to the bespoke nature of our service, we will only consider returns where there is a fault in the scrunchie, as we are unable to re-use or resell scrunchies that are returned to us.


Any fault must be reported to us within 14 workings days of receipt of the item. If, after inspection, the scrunchie is determined to be faulty we will offer you a reprint or a refund and we'll contribute to a customer’s return delivery costs.

Will I be able to check the colour of my scrunchies on screen before I order?

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and colour reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Our fabric printer will use the exact colour pantone from your logo in production, however we must make all customers aware that actual product colour may vary from the images shown on screen. If you are in any doubt we highly recommend ordering a fabric sample.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our scrunchies all over the world! Borders are certainly no barrier. Once we receive your order via email, we will calculate a shipping cost to your desired shipping address. We then add this cost to your invoice. All UK orders include postage, meaning postage is free.
